Patron

Jean-Francois Pioc and Tanzi Ellison are dynamic and entreprenuerial partners. After the commercial success of Café Gourmand on Lexington Street, Soho they turned their focus North towards Kentish Town. As locals living in the area their vision focused on establishing a Parisian style Cave à Manger - a French bar serving classic dishes in a timeless and relaxed ambience.

Bringing a slice of Paris to Kentish Town threads through the visual identity, drawing influence from French Art Deco; chic, subtle and confident. Building details informed the bespoke Deco pattern and the refined logo draws upon 1930’s typographic tradition. Since launching in 2015, the brand’s success continues with the opening of a second premises in Highbury and the launch of lifestyle and at-home dining brand Maison Patron.
